I purchased Three items, don't know if I'm convinced this is the way to go regarding natural products. The Micellar water and the face cream, which seemed more like a facial scrub, brought me out in a rash, so I stopped using it. As for the small oil burning liquid, I think it must have been a part bottle, I used 5 drops as it says on the bottle, I used it once a day and it only lasted trheee days, so very very dissapointed in that aspecially for the price.

Bought as a gift, she seemed happy with it. Utterly relentless messaging ftom the company since which is annoying, as I unsubcribed from emails and still get them. I will be resorting to blocking the email address.

I like the easy delivery, usable website and range of products - especially as they stock so much Zao. But like all ethical companies the prices are too high for this to really change the world as so few can afford this website. and things like Zao get wasteful as you cant try samples- im on my 4th foundation colour and need a different primer (and the pens could do with new product titles, so you know easily that its all just black ink). But as a beta model, the store is good. But my life testing out ethical products is pretty wasteful and expensive in itself.

Sorry for delayed review…I had an operation on my right hand and not had use of it for a number of weeks! Thank you for contacting me and I am happy to oblige. I shall be honest in my feedback. I am happy with the scents of the Castile soaps I purchased, but not with the lather. I understand this is due to being natural and without chemically fuelled lather substance. It does mean however, that more is needed, which works out a little pricey for me. At this stage, I cannot say if I would purchase again. I do like the hand/body cream and its scent! My friend liked the seed box for her birthday, but I didn’t check the size before buying and it looks much larger in the picture than actual size. I don’t like the body oil; in that it has zero scent to me and wouldn’t buy again. I wanted to return it, but I was moving home & was in hospital for big operation, so ran out of time! I have yet to try the oxygen bleach, so cannot comment. Everything was well packaged with great protection; big plus! I may check out your shampoo, once I’ve researched a few. Blessings, Karen

I love the product for the quality and the fact that is sustainable. Even though I like the packaging it is not functional, it's hard to get the cream out. I also think that the product it's to expensive in relation to the capacity, £19 for 100ml.

I’m new to the world of Eco and low Tox products. So started with a laundry egg and some deodorant. So far I have found them to be quite good. It think it will take me a bit of time to get used to them as the laundry just doesn’t get as clean

No much to say about it.

Shampoo bars are good; conditioner not so, sadly. I’m sure they’ll improve in time. Thank you for trying

I order tooth picks from you because the chemists around me only stock plastic tooth picks, and I am trying to minimise my use of plastic. However I was disappointed that the small pack of tooth picks that I ordered from you arrived in the post in a large box which meant I had to be in to receive it (luckily I was) and causes waste from the cardboard packaging used.

I love the idea of avoiding plastic so I ordered 4 different sizes of interdental brushes. The smallest “0” size came apart on use and the wire lodged between my teeth. This photo shows the second brush I tried to use. I thought the first one was a fluke and just threw it away.

The twine was good but the packaging that cuts the twine is flimsy and won’t last.

I'm very happy with the laundry sheets. However, there was far too much packaging on the two stainless steel travel tins - EACH had a paper information wrap (fine) then each was in a paper bag inside a cardboard box, which were then in the cardboard box with the remains of my order. The individual paper bags and boxes were completely unnecessary and this excess packaging needs to be addressed by yourselves or your supplier - and not by just removing them before posting with other goods. I know the packaging is recyclable but that's hardly the point, it's an unnecessary use of resources.

When I ordered I expected the sponge to be much bigger! The picture is deceiving, however I have kept it for a facial sponge. Karen

Unfortunately business does not operate in accordance with what they sell. They are providing oversized plastic pumps that need significant trimming which means they give you a piece of plastic to immediately dispose of.

I bought two loofas. I'm sure these come with the best eco credentials as stated, but they are disappointing in that they are a fraction of the density of some other brands. Even those in Boots are more solid that these two. I shall persevere but do not expect them to last long. PWTW is trying to do the right thing, but the product could be better.

Can't fault quality of service and packaging is lovely. The chamonile balm I ordered has a lovely texture and does help with several dry skin areas and lips however, the smell is offputting to the point I can't use it. It really smells like a farm 😣 I finished a jar of CommonSense sensitive balm from Australia and thought this might be similar, but fairly disappointed with this.

Great selection of items, slightly expensive for the quality-price ratio.
