“The vitamins I ordered arrived in good time and were as described, but the was only one small pack of 30 in stock, and none of the bigger packs of 120, which was very disappointing. I won't be ordering again because the shipping cost makes the product too expensive. Since most products were out of stock I feel I was forced to place several orders and pay for shipping several times, which is neither economical nor environment-friendly.”

“I am happy with the coconut scourers but I am very disappointed with the dishwasher tablets and will not buy again. They just do not clean. I use 4 at a time for slightly better results but still items come out dirty. It is not my machine as other tablets work fine. I think the recipe needs looking at. I will still use your site as have been happy with other products. Sorry to have to give such a bad review but the tablets are the worst I have ever used.”

“The items, when they finally came, looked good. Haven't tried the tape yet, though. The items took a long time to come (more than 2 weeks) and there were no updates of any kind. I had started to think they would never come, when they suddenly turned up without any warning.”

“Products were ok, but I didn't know they would be scented. I have a problem with anything that is scented and in particular I have recently had an itchy scalp, so I wanted something that was natural. Not to worry.”

“Ordering was easy and delivery quick. I bought products for travel so haven't used yet. My only impression so far is unfortunately a horrible smell like carbolic soap.or creosote. This is unexpected from Marseilles dish washing bar and sensitive conditioner cubes. Neither appears to have an ingredient that would give off this strong smell.”

“The shampoo and conditioner bar is very good. The moisturiser bar is useless unless I warm it on a radiator, then I get more than I can use. I will save until next summer and see if it works in warmer ambient temperatures.”

“I like the fact its plastic free and you get loads of tablets one thing however is the taste and texture when u chew them its not very nice and its a fluffy type texture. But thanks anyway.”

“I found this moisturiser goes a long way and you only need a small amount but unfortunately it doesn't seem to absorb well and sits on the surface even after trying to massage it in. However I do love that it's organic, cruelty free and palm oil and plastic free.”

“All plastic free, which is great but I bought some items kept in tin and 3 sheets of wrapping paper... well present paper they came fold up in a rectangular shape just to fit the box .... please consider to roll it up like a tube in order to avoid unwanted folds !!!”

“Mint floss refill. Arrived quickly but was disappointed that the refill didn't fit my dispenser. Apparently, this was mentioned in the purchasing process. If this could be made v v clear, that would be great. However, on writing to you about this, you very kindly sent a new dispenser free of charge and v promptly. Thank you v much indeed, that was excellent. Not as keen on the floss as the charcoal floss.”

“Usually all products are good quality. This time we recieved grey tooth lace which is pretty useless. It snaps and breaks really easily. We usually get the black lace which is good. We did not ask for the grey version it was just delivered. Dont feel that tooth lace can be returned But expensive for something that doesn't work”

“I love the idea of plastic free so was prepared to pay a lot of a tiny shampoo bar. It smells good and lathers up well, but leaves my hair feeling horrible. I won’t buy it again because of this.”
