“Good product, shame about the plastic coated cardboard label which couldn't be recycled.”

“Updated The the website got in touch with me and have offered me a refund and tell me they have got in touch with the manufacturer to let them know their product didn’t work for me. I think this is very good service, so have given this three stars, to reflect that rather than the product. The service was good, unfortunately the product -compostable dental floss -didn’t really work, far too fragile, tore and got stuck in my teeth. Very disappointing.”

“Cotton & hemp reusable/washable make-up pads - these are not suitable for removing eye make-up - the make-up 'stains' the pads, it does not come out with washing; I have washed in the machine and hand-washed. Also, it's recommended they are washed at40-60 degrees which is not eco-friendly! I wash almost everything at 30. They are also too heavy for use on eyes. These should be listed as not suitable for removing eye make-up. Very disappointing.”

“Delivery was quicker than expected but the product - which I’ve purchased before - could have been better. The actual wire brush of one of the interdental brushes kept falling out of the handle and won’t stay in. A shame for a great product.”

“After an initial issue with non delivery, a staff member did contact me and was helpful and my order did then arrive. However, I was not offered a reimbursement of the extra cost I had initially paid for quick delivery which was disappointing. The item I ordered is lovely but I may still not shop here again due to the unnecessary hassle of the whole experience.”

“I may have had a bad batch. The detergent smells amazing dry! I love lavender and rosemary, but unfortunately, when I washed my clothes with it, it produced a fishy odour. The guys at Peace With The Wild are looking into though, and have given me a coupon for the cost of the detergent.”

“I bought the cinnamon plastic free chewing, it tastes good and all but kept getting stuck to my molars. I'm not sure why but it's never happened to me with chewing gum before so I guess the plastic-free aspect had something to do with it. It was really bothersome so unfortunately giving a middle rating. The free travel soap + bamboo dish that came with my order was great tho.”

“Actual product good packaging that held the deodorant stick not so good. The bottom cap inside the tube twisted into the stick which made it difficult to push.”
