“I couldn't get on with this block mascara. I followed the instructions even text for more guidance but couldn't use it just ended up with tiny little balls on my lashes and cheek. In the end I have up. Tried to return but only offered a voucher which is no good to me.”

“I bought this item for a bath sponge for my 8 year old grandson he said no way after he used it once he said that it was the most uncomfortable sponge he has ever used ( 8year old boys just say it as it is ) and having paid £10.50 for it I was rather annoyed.”

“Within 2 days of using your product I developed an extremely itchy rash under both arms. My son, who is a great supporter of your products, gave me a tube of deodorant NL-3528 BA13, which I liked used. When I came to order more, I was unable to find it, so chose another option. Not sure if I will be ordering more.”

“Having experienced a Run with the Wolves candle before I wss excited to try this new fragrance. Unfortunately I have been very disappointed with it. There is absolutely no aroma at all when it is burning making it an expensive mistake......can't recommend at all”

“I love your products and bought quite a few bits, in the last order I got a Primal Suds oily hair shampoo, I started using it about a month ago, first reaction wasn’t positive, although my hair is clean and shiny, it does very little or nothing to my oily scalp, But stuck to it as I know hair and scalp need adjusting to new products, a month later still no improvement, so clearly not good for me; the worst part is the texture of the bar which is packed with seeds and pips, not sure what they all are, but a large % of the bar. These bits are very difficult to wash away and many stay tangled in my hair, I found them on my pillow, stuck in my towels, a real nuisance. I tried to review the singular product but you don’t seem to allow that. This is not, by any means, an experience I had with any of the other products I got from you. Thanks Laura”

“A complete waste of money. The shampoo bar left my hair incredibly dry, impossible to detangle them with a brush or a comb. The solid conditioner I bought in the same order did not work at all, as it was so difficult to actually spread any product on the hair. After about a week of this, and a lot of hair loss, I used a mask treatment I bought in the same order... That made my scalp incredibly itchy and it was very difficult to wash away from the hair too. I had to stop using all the products immediately after that and had to buy a scalp specific treatment to recover from the use of the mask, it took another good week for my scalp to stop itching and the hair to stop falling.”

“Purchased coconut shampoo bar, very disappointing not only does it not smell remotely of coconut it is the worst shampoo I have ever used. Felt and looked like I hadn’t washed my hair in a week after using. Such a shame as I really wanted to love it!”
