“Fast efficient service. Too many emails. Product not so efficient. The cotton just flops and never seems to dry on the bottle brush set. The cotton on the smallest bottle brush doesn’t go over the tip so doesn’t get into dummies and nipples of bottles as hoped. Would be better if replaced by biodegradable sponge instead.”

“I absolutely love the concept of your business & products but wanted to give some feedback on the handmade dishwasher tablets. I live in a hard water area but ignored the warning that they don't work in hard water areas because this product is exactly what I was looking for so was prepared to try it regardless. The first annoyance was that the tablets are too big for the tablet compartment on my dishwasher so I would imagine this is the case for all users. I have therefore been cutting them in two with a sharp knife... 2/3 go in the compartment & 1/3 into the dishwasher itself. It would be really helpful if you could make these smaller or give instructions as to where in the dishwasher they are best placed. Secondly, the clean. On the plus side, they do not leave that horrible chalky residue on the dishes as is the case with both the Koh tablets I've recently tried (had to polish it off each item - annoying!) and also the non-liquid (powder formed) finish tablets I've had in the past. On the down side cutlery etc not being fully cleaned and are having to be washed twice... but I have run out of white vinegar which I intend to try alongside as a rinse aid (hopefully that does the trick) and as you have pointed out you don't recommend for hard water. In summary - good product... wish it was smaller & fitted in compartment or that you provided guidelines on how to use. I would buy again if tablets made smaller and it works with vinegar alongside. Well done for creating something so badly needed for our health & planet. Becky x”

“Great service, nice to deal with. I found the face cream for mature skin to be a little too 'unyielding', would prefer a little lighter. . Just a tad, only a tad, too expensive for regular use. (Other purchase to be given as Chriistmas gift)”

“Good website and prompt service / delivery. V pleased with some items (razor especially), but items such as dilute able hand wash purchased in small 30 ml bottles I found surprisingly disappointing - very thin and unsatisfying when diluted - compared to comparable items I have purchased elsewhere. Will not purchase again. Handsoap is adequate tho not gonna get me back for return purchase.”

“I bought 3 samples of foundations, those were ok, but the natural hair wax, just do noting, can’r even put it on my fingers to apply it on my hair, I really don’t know what to do with it. The pink mineral blusher once applied on the skin is very pale, losses its colour and it comes loose in a package that if drop it you will lose all the content.”

“Customer service was very helpful when I was making initial enquiries. I bought mascara, moisturiser, kids beechwood toothbrushes and sun cream. It's always going to be an adjustment buying natural products. I'm giving some time to get used to the sun cream and the mascara. The sun cream doubles nicely as an insect repellent, but I think it may have left pink marks on the white clothes, it didn't stain though. You just have to be a bit careful. It came in quite a small container and I'm going to have to use it just on my face, as I think if I wanted to use it on my whole body, it would be gone in very quickly. The mascara requires a bit more time to be visible and does wear off, so for the price I'd salt be tempted to look around. The kids toothbrushes are great and my kids love them 6&8. The nature skin moisturiser is nice too.”
