“Hadn’t received my order after more than 2 weeks so I contacted asking for a tracking number and was ignored. I’m conscious of the Royal Mail strikes so I’d at least like to be able to track the progress of the delivery to make sure it isn’t lost. Not sure what to do now as customer service is clearly not responsive.”

Due to the high volume of emails and queries there has been a delay in our response, however you will be hearing from us with an update today.
