“The loofa is lovely BUT the size of the scrubber is suitable for a child. I have had to double the length of each handle to be able to use it. With a stiff shoulder this took a little practice.”

“I ordered a lip tint. Whilst I appreciate what the company are trying to do by packaging it in cardboard, the circumference is much too big (about twice the size of a normal lip tint) so it is difficult to get it just on the lips and not around the edges of the mouth. Also, it is very difficult to push it up just the right amount to use it. I use my little finger but usually end up with it too high and lip tint around the edge of the packaging.”

“Hi there You sell great products that are kind to the environment and my body. However you / your suppliers have gone to great expense to produce packaging in some cases that is re-useable yet I have no way of enabling re-use of the packaging (metal bottles for conditioner as an dexample)”

“I brought 2 products, rejuvenating eye cream and youth glow face cream, they eye cream was amazing for 2 days, my fault as I left it in the bathroom with all my other products and it clearly got to hot and turned into a wax, didn't work nicely after and left my skin feeling greasy, the youth glow face cream was really thick and heavy, used a few times but won't be buying again”

“It’s ok but nothing more. There is room for improvement. The head is loose, the brush is too soft and irritatingly tickles especially on the upper teeth. It pauses for too long and stops completely after two minutes and has to be restarted if continued brushing is required. I think the design needs a few modifications. At least it isn’t plastic.”
