“Delivery arrived on time but all smashed up and box open. The carton box wasn't strong enough for the contents inside”

“Quick delivery, but that's more Royal Mail than anything. Disappointed with the products, £7.00 for a bar of "trendy" soap two inches in diameter - very poor value. Expected the products to be at least 50% larger. Mind you it saves on packaging because the products are quite small. It does absolutely nothing to encourage me to save the planet. Also inundated with promotional emails, almost every day. Won't be purchasing from them again.”

“The service was great, but the products, I will not be buying again. The lip balm was difficult to use as it was quite hard to push up and the Jasmine body oil smelt good for a few days and now I can smell the base oils more than the scent of Jasmine. So, there is barely any scent left after a couple of weeks.”

“I ordered the eco teeth floss and for the price it was tiny, and without a reusable container to store it in and you have to use scissors after each use to cut the used part off , it literally resembled a small roll of cotton. I can’t actually get it through my teeth as it just too thick. So sadly it’s unusable. I will stick to my other bamboo floss provider in future. Most disappointing.”

“Lovely soaps but thoughtless not to label them so I had to unwrap each one to check the order. Waste of tissue paper too as I now have to wrap them in new tissue.”

“Just had to rinse a load of my washing as the sheet had not dissolved properly. Only discovered as was was a dark one. Did not overload. Really disappointed as I would like to use your sheets as an alternative to conventional means. Any suggestions?”

“The dental floss I bought isn’t very good - it breaks really easily and the fibres get stuck between my teeth so I’m not able to use it. The bamboo holder is good though - much better than the glass ones I’ve had before which break if you drop them.”

“I have the reusable coffee filter. Only a few uses it has gotten clogged so the water/coffee doesn't filter through. It stops with half the water still in the filter. And yes I have indeed tried clearing it out using hot water and vinegar and all the rest. I'm very disappointed. Because it was really good when it did work. (I would upload a photo but the site won't seem to let me)”

“Orange Toothpaste Tablets - avoid these. These are extremely delicate and turn to crumbs at the slightest pressure. Many arrived broken (see photos). Not sure what's gone wrong because my previous tables from a few months ago were really firm and needed to be chewed to break them down. I did contact customer support, but in their initial reply, they advised me to use the broken tablets :-/”

“the plastic lids have little elasticity they don't fit in anything I have at home ,and the napkins are cute but they're made of flannel fabric, they don't clean properly and 3 times they've been washed I'm getting faded and bobbles I'm very disappointed”

“Quite disappointed with the toothbrushes I got, they were sold as firm but they are closer to "soft" than even medium firmness. Secondly, the finish on the handle is quite rough.”

“I really wished these toothpaste tablets would be a decent replacement for the stuff in plastic tubes. It isn't. Doesn't foam, doesn't taste good, isn't freshening. Maybe it cleans but its a miserable experience”

“First time I have used this product and haven’t yet spoken with anyone else who has but I’m rather disappointed as each pad only lasts around a few days before it starts ‘shedding’ the fibres. I don’t want to revert back to the ‘plastic’ so will have to look for alternative brand because at this rate the difference in price is phenomenal.”

“Soaps good but scent not as pleasant as the description suggested. Deodorant bars seem to work well except for one of my daughter's who developed contact dermatitis in each armpit, quite painful. We don't know which ingredient caused it. I also had mild irritation depending on where I used it.”

“I love the concept of a long life sandstone nail file, however I was quite disappointed when this arrived - it's much smaller than expected. The sandstone nail file is only about 5cm long and 1.5cm wide, the photo shows the size difference between it and a regular nail file. Given it two stars as you can file nails with it, though the small size makes it tricky (dextrous fingers needed!) but overall it's definitely not worth the high price point.”
