“Sadly the seed balls I bought have done nothing but sit on top of my earth - they appear to be mid. I’ve watered them, they’re in the sun, nothing. Very disappointing. It’s been 3 weeks and they are still just hard balls.”

“They leave residue on all of the items especially cups and cutlery. So disappointed. The first box I had delivered was mostly powder replacement sent which was very kind but I wo t be using them such a waste of money”

“Sadly I have to agree with previous reviews. As much as I want to love this product for its environmental credentials, it just isn’t up to the job. I can only wear it if staying home, the slightest moisture makes it run. Also as a contact lens wearer the black treads it leaves in my eyes are a concern. Disappointing.”

“Conditioner was bad quality. Cream was too oily and expensive for what it was. Toothpaste did not come with a scoop like the images on the website indicated. You get 0 stars from me but thats not an option.”

“I was looking for UK made products and looked at the sites information; We work closely with small independent brands like ourselves, using only the best natural ingredients handmade here in the UK, The wooden soap dishes I was going to purchase are made in Germany. A bit disappointed.”

“I bought 2 Konjac sponges which are soo small as to be unusable. Smaller than the palm of my hand even when wet. Its 'hanging' thread is simply a thin bit of cotton which looks like it will snap on the first use. I would request a refund but I'm sure that's not possible in the current circumstances.”

“Prompt service. However sadly the compostable coffee filters are useless as they split at the seam depositing coffee grounds in the coffee machine. They have gone straight to the compost heap. I now will continue to search for coffee filters that work.”

“Firstly surprised didn't come with brush but I did have one already. Couldn't get a smooth coating on my brush, was all lumpy. Rubbed off very easily to give me panda eyes.”

“Products are amazing. Delivery has let me down for the second time. Paid for tracked till waiting after 18 days. And this not including the 3 days it takes to send item to courier . Have ordered also from UK with another courier and company and they honoured their 10 days delivery. So Coronavirus is really not a excuse. You guys advise Royal Mail can take between 9 to 13 days. Not happening. My products are finished. Poor tracking updates from Royal Mail. Not purchasing again. Will order directly from the producers. Pity.”
