“Quick and efficient ordering and delivery. Loofahs good. Dishwasher soap bar disappointing. Oxygen bleach not very effective as a household cleaner but OK for prewash soak. Product a little expensive.”

“Decent service with items all correct in my multi order. I feel I must say that I felt a little disappointed with some of the items as some items appeared rather / very small (size wise) which took me by surprise as I'd bought these as a gift.”

“Ordered a bamboo toilet brush and plastic-free gum. Disappointed the toilet brush has gone moldy after a couple of weeks. Otherwise, appreciate the service the company offers (no plastic packaging used).”

“Mildly disappointed. I have been winding down my eco unfriendly products for some time and been using Soap bars from other places. I decided to do a massive eco friendly toiletries and cleaning shop. On the whole most of the products are ok and I appreciate that an element of elbow grease is needed the ocean saver bathroom cleaner is not great. The shampoo I bough has left my hair greasier than had I not washed it. Been using shampoo bars for a while and the one I used is awful. The Tin of polish was no bigger than a tin of lip balm. The plastic spray attachments on the glass bottles are hit and miss. I desperately want to convert completely to an eco friendly way of living but can see why when you compare the cost which is ridiculously expensive to the product. It becomes less financially viable. I will however continue my quest to find financially friendly and eco friendly.”

“Disappointed in the lip balm has a slight gritty feel to it and not a very strong flavour...shampoo bars seem good and there was a complimentary hand sanitiser which is lovely”

“I ve tried a number of products and generally really pleased, appreciate delivery plastic free. I was disappointed with the shampoo bar this was one I hadn’t tried before. Used it twice, rechecked the instructions but my hair just doesn’t feel clean and looks very dull.”

“I bought oxygen bleach. Supposedly plastic free. Inside is plastic I spent more to get the paper packaging, so I was annoyed to find it lined with plastic. Even if it's biodegradable it still breaks down into micro plastics. Surely waxed paper or cardboard is possible.”

“Service excellent, but this time the product was disappointing - Iron and Velvet detergent capsules- already leaching from capsules on arrival, the outside degrades quickly when already damp. Once in water the casing does not fully dissolve so will clog the pump. The codes had already worn/faded, so difficult to identify the individual detergents...”
