“I ordered the Brittle Heat Damaged Hair Conditioner Bar – 105g By Bain & Savon But on this website it doesn’t state one of the ingredients is parfum. It doesn’t show this when on the online description but when I took a look at the box it came in the ingredients on the side listed “parfum” just think it’s misleading and not exactly 100% organic ?”

“Very disappointing. I am old enough to remember the cake mascaras of the sixties when all the well known companies produced excellent products. The presentation and quality of this product were only fair but, on the other hand, it was inexpensive.”

“Reusable kitchen roll was meant to be machine washable. A load of washing emerged from the machine covered in tiny white spots of fibre as if a bunch of tissueschad been left in a pocket. A real pain and not what I expected , given the product description”

“Great people, fantastic service but I don't find the dishwasher tablets work very effectively at all. They are fine on plates, but they don't seem to like cups/mugs and certain bits of cutlery. A real shame as I wanted this product to work for me, and as said before, the service and people were a credit.”

“Some of the products I purchased from you by third parties have been great - especially the soap dishes. However the dishwasher tablets have been a huge disappointment. Not only do some items out of each wash come out still dirty, but a white powdery residue is left on some items and in the machine. I’m always happy to pay more for Eco-friendly products, but not ones that don’t work.”

“I understand the products will take sometime to get used to using. But I have been trying for ages and I can't find a way to apply the mascara cake without it just clumping... The products are also so small but cost double anything in the shops. I am just over all a little disappointed as I want to change to eco and sustainable products. I just haven't found the ones yet”

“I was given this as a present and thought that I could give this a present to my girlfriends for Christmas. I ordered 5 and I so disappointed that 5 arrived in a box altogether . There was no individual packaging. I can’t give these as presents as the recipients won’t have a clue what they are and how to use them. Gutted!”
