“Excellent products, dishwasher tabs a little big for the dispenser but washes very well. Coconut scourers take a bit of getting use to but worth it for the planet.”

“Items arrived promptly and in good condition. That was all fine, but I am struggling with the amount of messages received since trying to entice me to buy more. I recognise that you have to make a living, but might it not be counter-productive with your customer base? Lots of environmentally aware customers will be in the business of 'reduce re-use, recycle', so won't want to be forever buying more products. Now I know where you are, I will be happy to contact you and make purchases as and when I need to. So I have had to remove myself from your mailing list”

“The items are always very well packaged and communication about my order is always good. The website offers a wide variety of items which allow me to reduce my plastic usage and carbon footprint. It would be useful (although possibly not practical) to have a means to trialling make-up, skincare items etc as these can be costly and are not always suitable. However, I am very happy with my purchases and will return.”

“Still in the testing stage, the toothpaste pump is very good, works well, looks neat and unobtrusive. The toothpaste is a little different from our usual but getting used to it, all very promising.”
