“This shave cream was advertised as scentless, but has a very strong smell, reminiscent I think, of zinc and castor oil. The instructions on the jar say "use sparingly" but in fact quite a lot is needed. It is difficult to see where it has been applied, because it goes on like face cream and becomes invisible; this means that it is hard to see where the razor has been, unlike conventional shaving cream. It works quite well when one applies shaving cream on top of it, but that rather defeats the object of avoiding scented shaving cream. So, I feel that I have been had and would not recommend your product to anyone; in act I should advise them to avoid it.”

“Sadly, the laundry sheets are so heavily scented that I had to return them. Even at the post office, the staff asked what the overpowering smell of the package was! If I'd realised that the smell was so strong I'd have never ordered the product - it isn't mentioned in the description and I'd assumed that 'zero' referred to added scents. I'm now out of pocket as I had to pay to return the item.”

“I bought several products - some for Christmas presents and some for myself. This feedback is purely on the products I have used personally, which are sunscreen, lip sunscreen and lip balm. The product that I continually used was the lip sunscreen - I found this moist and easy to use, whereas both other products I found to be much too dry.”

“I love you as a company, but the floss refill I ordered was awful. It was so hard to get in and out of my teeth, to the point where it felt like my tooth would be pulled out with the floss. It would be too risky and painful to use it so I've just wasted money there.”

“I had high hopes for this floss. It’s my first try of an eco friendly version. Sadly it’s too weak and often snaps whilst using it. It can also get stuck and is uncomfortable for me to use. I’ll keep looking for an eco friendly alternative….”

“My order was processed in a timely manner and I was very excited to try the scented laundry sheets. I have used them several times now and unfortunately they leave yellow stains on white clothes. I don't mind using them with darker colour but I am very disappointed that they ruined my light loads. The scent is pleasant. I really wanted to love them.”

“The delivery, product and website were all fine but I felt there was too much packaging. The printing on the box, the tissue paper, even the thickness of the card the box was made from, though aesthetically pleasing are additional carbon footprints and consumables that just weren't needed.”

“The service was great. However the product - a deodorant - is not practical. I so wanted to like it but although it smells good and is in cardboard packaging, the deodorant itself leaves unpleasant sticky marks on your clothes that don't come out easily. So in that sense it's not really sustainable as I need to wash my clothes more often and I think one top will need to be thrown away.”
