“I thought PH quality was fantastic when I purchased my Superb hoodie. However , within 2 weeks of getting it the pop rivet in the pocket has come through the material . Thus I can’t fasten it now . That was one of the specific features I bought the top for . Knackered in 2 weeks !!. Very disappointed PH !”

“Not very impressed if I am honest I brought tiebreack shorts in large they was more like a small mens my son has them now he's 12. Some point track pants same outcome more lake a small mens my son has them. 2 t-shirts in large they fit fine and. container sport pants olive in a large they fit ok”

Hello, thanks for your time, I am sorry you have this issue, I would like to assist, looking at the tracking i can see this was shipped. https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/LE270008151GB And got held up at customs, I am afraid we have no control of customs so cannot speed this up if they pull this parcel. It has cleared now and should be delviered very soon. Thanks again for your time,
