“My items were delivered to the wrong address by Royal Mail. Left them outside a house further up the street. I emailed peaceful hooligan . I have not received a reply. I don’t doubt your service is excellent until you let Royal Mail deliver it for you. The house the parcel was delivered to say they’ve never seen it.”
