I am sorry if it was not clear what the product was. It was a Gibsons Games jigsaw puzzle purchased from PDK a couple of weeks ago

“We ordered charity buckets for the first time from PDK. Selected a higher courier charge to have them delivered the next working day. Only once payment was taken was it advised that delivery would not be for at least 2 working days, so we are now £70 out of pocket, chasing a refund of a payment that should not have been taken and searching for an alternative supplier. This is very time consuming for a small charity run by volunteers. Very unprofessional.”

“Did not receive my jigsaw - it was wrongly addressed with the Courts street number but not a pacific flat. The postman was a relief and therefore did not know who I was. I have yet to have confirmation that you have received the failed delivery back and to have a refund.”
