“The croquet set looks good, although I haven't played with it yet. One stake was delivered damaged but they apologised and sent me a replacement, which arrived within a couple of days. Very friendly and helpful people on the phone.”

“I recently phoned the store to enquire about a game. The shop assistant was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and had a very pleasant manner. Following the conversation, I ordered a game through the PDK website and the item arrived two days later. I am very happy with the service I received and will definitely be buying from PDK again.”
