“I have bought many times from PDK, their puzzles and selection is great. My only issue is with the follow up when the orders are shipped international mail. I had to email several times in order to finally get a reply that there was no way to track the shipment this way. I can't always afford DHL since I live in Canada, but a bit more feedback/help would have releaved some stress.”

“Having ordered from PDK several times l have found them to be reliable re perchaces & delivery. Because I am still awaiting delivery of the latest parcel delivery by Evri I had to phone PDK customer service who are very helpful.”

“I ordered two orders of jigsaw puzzles to Ontario Canada. They arrived quickly however each order was missing a puzzle. PDK was quick to remedy the situation. When PDK delivers with DHL we receive large border fees. It would be nice if something could be worked out so that what we pay to PDK is all we pay, not surprise border fees.”

“I love the web site for clear pictures but i dont like the vat put on at checkout i would much prefer the full price on the puzzle at the begining. Delivery was fairly quick.”

“Think the prices are a little weird. Different prices at checkout due to vat adding on items and postage. Only worked out 40p more than i estimated it but i almost didn't bother with the order due to this discrepancy. Shipping was fine and quick and the product seems in new condition but it'll be a christmas gift so haven't opened it.”

“I was looking for some Falcon jigsaws and PDK had a good range and the best prices. The process of buying was easy and the delivery was quick. The puzzles were good and I would definitely buy from PDK again. The only thing that prevents me giving this five stars is the delivery cost. I would prefer delivery included in the price or just a single price as it does make a difference when you are trying to work out how much you have spent.”
