We can confirm that it was despatched on the day you placed your order (22nd March) and we would expect it to take 5-8 working days to be delivered to you in Lebanon. “Have used Charnwood several times. The last two orders arrived late - much later than they should have done. Even though we paid extra for 2-3 day delivery it took nearer to 2 weeks. We were told it was first an 'office migration' that caused the delays, then it was 'due to a factory move.' I have emailed the enquiries address as well as Alistair (employee) twice and still received no response or apology. Very poor, will find an alternative supplier for our charity going forward.”

“Couldn't get a voucher code to work initially so I phoned Customer Services who informed me that I had to register first. Once done, the voucher code was processed and my order placed. Expected my delivery in a couple of days but much to my surprise, it arrived the day after. Good products delivered promptly and efficiently. Would order again.”
