Hello There, I had a big accident and was in the hospital for a few months and could not answer calls or emails. The order was cancelled and the amount is refunded. Sorry about that.

Hello There, We are not scammers. I had a big accident and was in the hospital for a few months and could not answer calls or emails. The order was cancelled and the amount is refunded. Sorry about that.

“I made an order for a gaming pc a month ago. I have sent about 10 emails and called about 15 times asking if it’s delayed or if anything is wrong as it cost me €2,000. I got no answer at all. The phone rings but no one answers and some days the phone was completely off. I have emailed to cancel the order and no reply. I am thinking about contacting the authorities because this is not €100 we’re talking about it’s €2,000. I would never order from here again. And dimitri should not be a business man.”

“I’ve been waiting nearly a month for this pc with no updates except 1 email reply saying it will be ready in 1-2 days which was 4 days ago. The customer service just doesn’t exist no email replies other than one unhelpful email no phone service”

“I ordered a PC from PC Zone on the 16th of November and was excited to take delivery of the new PC as soon as I could. after waiting the 12 working days there was still no sign of it. I emailed multiple times and finally called and spoke to them. I agreed to take delivery of the components and build the PC myself to make sure I had it before Christmas. I asked for a keyboard and mouse in place of them building the PC, I received these and to be honest, they would be better put in a Christmas cracker. Light, flimsy and useless. The components finally arrived on the 14th of December. Practically a month from the order. At least all the components were in the box and I managed to build the PC. Keyboard and mouse to be donated to the scrap.”

“I am really sorry to say but i have a very bad experience. I bought a pc that cost me nearly two and half grand and yet i received just average pc. First off all when i bought this pc the primary issue was display adapter issues with the graphics driver. This happened to me on the very first day i received my pc. Then all off sudden i got the display connection to my brand new asus monitor. I emailed them immediately about the issue but they said it might be display port wire or graphics update. So i went to harvey norman and bought new one and try updating to driver when i had the connection and then again the system broke down and i lost the display connection getting black screen with display port no signal on the screen. I was extremely frustrated. Then they offered yo take it back and fix it. Despite the repair process, the problem persists, and the computer continues to exhibit the same symptoms as before. This failure to rectify the core issue has left me deeply dissatisfied with the service provided. Then they said they changed to graphics driver and put another new one however i still see this problem every now and then. After the graphics driver was changed i start hearing scratching sound from the pc and i again immediately emailed Dimitri he didnt help me much with that. So stay like that for a while and didny do much while still getting display port no signal issue. Now for the last two days again i dont have any signal to my monitor. I tried using new cable no luck. I used hdmi cable to my monitor and laptop no issue with that i got signal from laptop to monitor. But when i used the same hdmi cable no luck and same with my tv as well. Now they stop responding my emails. I was on the phone last time and he wasn't pleasant and he tried to make a point that i am doing something to the pc and blaming on them. All i have asked is to fix the issue permanently or can i have please kindly have my money back and find another company.”
