PCZONE REVIEW Just got my Pc today. I was so happy. Definitely gonna recommend pczone.ie and comeback in the near future with some awesome builds. This is probably the best pc builder in Ireland.

“Had been waiting for more than a month without any communication. Thank god I was using Humm because I would never see my money back. Humm still trying to get money back from these scammers.”

“I made an order for a gaming pc a month ago. I have sent about 10 emails and called about 15 times asking if it’s delayed or if anything is wrong as it cost me €2,000. I got no answer at all. The phone rings but no one answers and some days the phone was completely off. I have emailed to cancel the order and no reply. I am thinking about contacting the authorities because this is not €100 we’re talking about it’s €2,000. I would never order from here again. And dimitri should not be a business man.”

“I’ve been waiting nearly a month for this pc with no updates except 1 email reply saying it will be ready in 1-2 days which was 4 days ago. The customer service just doesn’t exist no email replies other than one unhelpful email no phone service”

“I bought a pc from pczone about a year and 1/2 ago and was very happy with dealing with them. I was even more happy with their after sales support. A part failed and it was replaced quickly and without any fuss. would recommend to anyone buying a PC.”

“Okay, so my order was late BUT it was Xmas and stores are very busy around this time, I don't really blame them for it being late, but it was over a month late. Saying that, I do kind of wish they would've been a little more transparent with the big delay. At one point I did think I got scammed haha BUT I DIDNT! Completely legit Otherwise I am very pleased with the PC.”
