“This was my second course with Jirapan and it was as brilliant as the first. Friendly, relaxed and extremely informative. I was particularly impressed by how we were led through the tasting process of a dish to be able to appreciate the impact of the ingredients. Lovely to sit with the group afterwards and enjoy the fruits of our labour, with a bit to take home as well. I can thoroughly recommend Jirapans classes and I suspect I will be back for more!”

“Another great session with Jirapan, (my second visit), as always, really fab day, Jirapan is very clear in her instructions and we all get stuck in doing the cooking! Best bit is eating it all afterwards!! Thanks, I'll be back!!”

“I booked the Paya Thai Cooking Experience at our home as part of my husband's 60th birthday celebrations. We left our husbands in the capable hands of Jirapan whilst I took the ladies for pre-dinner drinks at a local pub. The men had an absolute ball ...they loved every minute of the event. The evening was an incredible success with us coming home for the prepared dinner which was delicious. Jirapan was wonderful ...she entered into all the humorous banter and guided the men in the art of thai cuisine. Many thanks to Jirapan for making it such a special evening.”

“A really enjoyable day cooking and eating some splendid Thai dishes.Clearly a great deal of thought and planning had gone into the session and time was spent in explaining the use and preparation of some ingredients that we may not have seen before. With Jirapan's help and guidance we managed to serve and enjoy a very tasty and attractive meal of Tom Yum soup, steamed red curry in banana leaf and stir-fried tiger prawns. Hope to come back to try another course.”

“Received this as a wedding present and it did not disappoint! Jirapan instantaneously makes you feel at home in her kitchen and fills you with confidence as you learn how to create the most amazing Thai dishes. We whipped up drunken noodles, a spicy beef salad and spring rolls all in the space of a couple of hours. Well worth a visit!”

“Thankyou so much for a lovely morning of Thai cooking. My mother and I had a wonderful experience and can’t wait to purchase some of the oriental ingredients and get started. The Thai green curry (my absolute favourite meal) was the best I’ve ever tasted and the papaya salad was to die for! The morning was well run and organised and we all got to sit down at the end and eat all our delicious food overlooking the beautiful garden.”
