“It was a great class - we learnt so much about Thai cooking and the results of the dishes we cooked were amazing. The kitchen was a great space to work in and extremely clean and well organised.”

“A wonderful cooking course! In addition to having fun we learn’t such a lot in a short of time. Under expert tuition, the recipes we prepared were absolutely delicious and I will definitely be booking other courses. Thank you.”

“A really friendly and supportive environment ensured that it was a great way to learn Thai cookery skills. Jirapan was lovely; very hardworking, very patient and very knowledgeable, and the dishes she helped us to prepare tasted wonderful! In addition, in these challenging times, the kitchen was incredibly clean and she took sensible practical precautions to ensure participants were as safe as possible. I would recommend the experience hugely!!”

“Hi, my friends and I went this morning and had a wonderful Thai cooking lesson. It was fantastic, the food was so delicious. The kitchen was so clean and everything was beautifully laid out. I would 100% recommend it and will be going back myself again to learn more, and will take some members of my family. All the best Sarina”

“My husband and I attended Paya Thia cookery class at Four Winds today and can honestly say it was a wonderful experience for us both. Jirapan was a delightful and knowledgeable host. Everywhere was ultra Covid-19 safe. We came away from this experience with a better understanding of thia cooking, a full tummy and plenty of food to bring home. I have no hesitation in recommending this cookery class and will return at a future date for more of the same. Thank you Jirapan J & J”

“Well balanced meal with easy to follow instructions and help from Jirapan with lots of useful tips of where to source the ingredients. Lovely surroundings to work in with excellent equipment and social distancing easy to maintain whilst still feeling part of a group. My own cooked supper was very tasty. Would highly recommend.”

“Well worth the wait... A truly authentic and educational cooking lesson with Jirapan! The experience of cooking and learning about the thai ingredients step by step and the pace was just perfect. “Attended a class this afternoon. A truly wonderful experience through and through in a beautiful home kitchen. Absolutely flawless. Jirapan was very well prepared, went above and beyond to make all necessary adjustments to make the cooking environment covid secure. She has a very amiable and pleasant manner and took the class at a pace we all felt comfortable with. In one word the food was heavenly! I leant so much in the 3 hours despite the fact that I have been cooking Thai food for a long time. It became clear to me this afternoon that no amount of further googling for information would have done. I highly recommend attending Jirapan's cooking class. Even the coffee she served was great! Thank you Jirapan.”

“Jirapan gave us a really special experience. She is so friendly and knowledgeable and helped us understand 'why' as well as 'how' we included the different ingredients when creating a truly yummy meal. Her colleague Julie was super organised and helpful as well. The small group atmosphere was fun and informal. I went away full up and with some leftovers for my sons (delicious and easy Chicken Satay) who were equally positive!”

“We had a wonderful cooking class with Jirapan last Saturday. Jirapan is a great host, very informative and all the ingredients used were of the highest quality. We loved the food we cooked and we look forward to trying to make the dishes at home. Thanks for a wonderful afternoon.”

“Outstanding cookery course provided by Jirapan and her associate at Paya Thai Cooking. We were a family group of 9 ranging in ages from 10-75 and had selected to make dim sum, yellow curry and pad thai. It was so informative, fun and hands on for every member of our party. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the courses here!”

“Had a great afternoon learning how to prepare and cook Thai food. We made three different dishes which were varied and fun to do, as we all worked together. Jirapan explained everything so clearly and with such enthusiasm which made the whole experience so enjoyable. Met some lovely people. Would certainly book up again to learn some new recipes.”
