“Wow! That was huge fun - a "Dad and Daughter" session with the remarkable Jirapan. We had a great time - learned much - and even managed to cook delicious dishes. Jirapan is an enthusiastic and very talented chef who imparts her knowledge with ease. Jirapan modified the recipes so that they suited a vegetarian. Thanks again.”

“What a fabulous Thai cooking course. Jirapan was the most excellent host and cook - everything was provided and guidance was very clear. The results - incredible tasting Thai dishes - that you could sample during the session or take home to share with your family. I would highly recommend and will be booking again to learn some other Thai dishes.”

“Fantastic! I have done two lessons and both have been terrific. Jirapan is a a great chef and instructor. Classes are small so instruction is very personal. Ingredients are beautifully fresh and dishes are full of flavour. I cannot recommend it enough. My family loved the dishes that I cooked.”

“Booked a morning class for my sisters hen party. Jirapan was a fantastic teacher, super knowledgeable and engaging. Got to pick my sisters favourite dishes to cook. Everyone enjoyed themselves and we had loads left over to take home. Highly recommend!”

“We enjoyed a fabulous afternoon learning how to cook three authentic Thai dishes. Jirapan warmly welcomed us into her kitchen and explained all of the ingredients and techniques that we would be using. We were really pleased with the results, which smelled and tasted delicious! We learned such a lot and had great fun doing it. I would highly recommend the course.”

“Absolutely brilliant. Jirapan is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to give lots of information about the history behind the cooking styles. As a professional chef I was keen to understand and expand my knowledge, Jirapan did not let me down!! The food we made was enpoint and really enabled me explore the flavour profiles. “My husband and I really enjoyed this class. It was very well run, we learnt our favourite Thai dishes and Jirapan was really professional and friendly. The space the class was held in was beautiful too. We highly recommend this to anyone who wants to learn Thai cooking - you will not be disappointed. Thank you Jirapan and hopefully we will meet again for another class in the future.”

“Sensational tasty food cooked by oneself was amazing. Our host was very clear and demonstrated each step for the preparation, so there was no stress. The time passed very quickly as we were busy nearly all the time. She attended to each individual, helping out when she spotted a need. An excellent session. Loved it.”
