“What a fantastic course! Thank you. Lived up to and more than met the comments from previous reviewers. Expert tuition, professional but casual environment and in all just great fun. Great authentic attention to detail utilizing fresh ingredients. I can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be going back. No more processed ingredients for me!! “What a fantastic afternoon learning about Thai ingredients and how to get the best out of them. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed eating the fruits of our labour! Everything was incredibly well organised from the joining instructions and directions to the slick operation in the kitchen. I highly recommend it!”

“I had such a good time today and was so impressed with the organisation and the relaxed atmosphere of the class. The fact that you went above and beyond to cater for a coeliac vegetarian who also doesn’t eat anything fish related was amazing! I felt very at ease and really enjoyed cooking and then eating the food! Thank you again and I’d love to come back another time.”

“Superb introduction to Thai cooking with the Street Food class. The course was suitably paced, the right size, and I am amazed at what we produced in just 3.5 hours. Jirapan was engaging, knowledgable, thoughtful, and funny. I will certainly return another time.”

“This is a fantastic course. Great for all ages. Really informative and fun with amazing results. The food we cooked was so tasty and Jirapan who runs the class is a lovely, kind and great teacher.
