“Jirapan gave us lots of tips and suggestions to cook authentic Thai dishes. She was able to create a friendly and informal atmosphere. High standard of hygiene and top quality of ingredients used. Highly recommended experience!”

“We have just had an exceptional Saturday morning with Jirapan at Paya Thai cooking. As a group of Wine got friends, we cooked three sublime dishes under Jirapan’s skilful instruction. She is passionate about her craft, and that passion runs off. To then eat together what we had cooked together made for a perfect end to an amazing experience. Thank you, Jaripan. You gave us a wonderful time.”

“Wow what an incredible time we had celebrating my husbands 50th with great friends . Jirapen and team made us feel so welcome and her extensive knowledge was imparted in a warm friendly manner . We enjoyed our superb food for lunch and look forward to practising our new skills . Thank you so much , we will back”

“My family of six, four adult offspring and parents had a wonderful afternoon learning about Jirapan's passion for Thai cookery and trying to put it into practise with a few key recipes. Despite the range on experience and confidence we have, Jirapan made us all feel welcome in her lovely kitchen just before Christmas and we all loved the support and techniques that she shared with us, not least the wonderful sit down meal as we shared the fruits of our labours. Such a friendly atmosphere and drinks as we worked, I would highly recommend a session to all walks of life and cooks of all standards! Thank you for starting our Christmas off in great style!”

“It's a good fun afternoon learning how to make authentic Thai food. It felt like learning with someone in our family's house. The atmosphere's relaxing and friendly. The chef's knowledgeable and tried to include everybody. The small group's a nice way of doing it, neither too many nor too few. And then having the food we cooked for dinner right away (also with white wine!) was a rewarding moment.”

“Very friendly, inclusive teaching which went through lots of detail and the end results tasted fantastic. Certainly felt more confident to cook Thai at home post course and will be trying to recreate the meal at home shortly.”

“A fantastic afternoon, with great teaching, enabling me to learn new skills successfully. The small group meant everyone to had a go, and with plenty of opportunities to ask questions it made the whole experience enjoyable to learn and cook. Sitting down together at the end of the session to enjoy the afternoons work, was the icing on the cake. Thank You.”

“What a thoroughly professional yet relaxed and friendly cooking experience. Jirapan has perfected exactly the right balance of informal teaching while managing to impart her love and knowledge of Thai cuisine, in a well manage and homely environment. The food we prepared was lovely and I cant wait to head into the shops to stock up the basic ingredients to prepare something for next weekend.”
