“The Thai cooking class was excellent. I learnt lots of different skills and techniques and the teaching was really good. The class was a retirement gift from my daughters and I really enjoyed it.”

“This was very well organised session. The instructor was very knowledgeable and put over everything in an easy to understand manner even for a non chef. The choice of dishes offered plenty of opportunity to try different techniques. I would thoroughly recommend this course.”

“My daughter & I had a great morning with Paya Thai Cooking. Learnt lots of tips on how to prepare veg & spices. Would highly recommend the cooking lessons as this was my 2nd class. Very welcoming & thank you to Mum for washing the utensils.”

“My husband and I had a very enjoyable session learning how to make dim sum, sticky ribs and Penang curry. Jirapan was very informative and made us feel really comfortable even though we are novice cooks. Delicious results which I will definitely try at home.”

“I loved this cookery class which I was gifted as a present by my husband! It was certainly a busy 3 1/2 hours but we cooked 3 lovely Thai dishes in that time doing everything from scratch and they tasted amazing. Explanations of the ingredients and techniques for cooking were explained in a straightforward and engaging way and you get to take home the food as well as all the recipe cards and where you can source ingredients from. I definitely hope to return to do another.”

“Cannot recommend this class highly enough! We have just had the best afternoon cooking the most delicious food as a birthday gift for my husband! Lovely setting and Jirapan is a brilliant teacher! If you love Thai food you will love this!!”

“This is our second course and we have a third booked in November. The tuition is great, and way more than you'd get from reading a book or a recipe from the internet. I've since cooked 2 of the recipes at home (see pics) and they were great. Really can't wait for the next one!”

“Really enjoyable Thai cookery course with Jirapan last Saturday. It was interesting to see the “authentic” ingredients used and understand more about how to prepare and cook with these. The three courses that we prepared tasted fantastic and I look forward to trying replicate these again at home. Overall a great experience and highly recommended.”

“Great Saturday morning learning the ins and outs of Thai cooking and how to get that `Authentic' Thai food taste. Lots of great tips and all done in a homely fun environment. One of the best birthday presents I have ever received.”
