“A wonderful morning, learning Asian/ Thai cuisine. The course is set in Jirapans lovely home and huge kitchen. The course was an intimate class of just 4 people. Easy to follow, tasted great and lots of fun.”

“An informative, friendly and thoroughly enjoyable course. Jirapan is a wonderful host, makes you feel at home straight away with a cup of tea and welcoming conversation. We attended an afternoon course and lots is packed in. We felt we learnt a lot, great tips regarding ingredients, where to buy, what to buy, a chance to experiment with flavours and made three impressive and delicious dishes. We came home with more than we could eat! Thanks to my mother in law for a really great gift experience, I would thoroughly recommend this as a gift idea for others and thanks to Jirapan for your expertise and fun!!”

“Fantastic lesson, lovely setting and small class which was great. I found the lesson easy to follow with lots of great tips and information so you can get the best out of the ingredients and dishes. Jirapan is a really good teacher and I would definitely recommend and return myself.”

“Really interesting course, intimate, homely setting, Jirapan was great at explaining all the steps and top tips for authentic cooking and where to source some of the more unusual ingredients. The food I took home at the end of the course was rated “better than restaurant quality” by the family! I’m looking forward to cooking these dishes again at home.”

“Brilliant cooking class with handy little tips and tricks thrown in for good measure. Jirapan is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Thai food, she walked us through creating 3 mouth watering dishes. I can’t wait to tuck into the leftovers this evening. Thoroughly recommended.”

“It was absolutely fabulous. Thank you for a lovely afternoon, Jirapan was fantastic and great fun to cook with and very understanding of our limitations. She taught us how to make some great dishes and condiments which we enjoyed that night and the day after! We hope that she can stand all three of us fo another session. She excelled in involving everybody and was extremely patient, our 17 year old who was a bit shy at first, came out of her shell. She helpfully left the recipes with us, which meant we didn’t have to take notes and could just enjoy ourselves. Highly recommended even if you dont know what you are doing! We will definitely do this again! Thank you so much!”

“Hi there Jirapan It was a great experience for me. I enjoyed my day very much. The other participants were fun to be with. Your teaching was excellent. The venue and preparation was excellent. I learnt so much not only about cooking Thai but also about ingredients (some new to me) and the use of special utensils. You answered al my questions well.
