“This cookery class was fantastic! Jirapan was an amazing teacher and not only showed us how to cook the dishes but gave us so much information on the ingredients etc. Jirapan also made us feel so welcome into her home, and we had a great group of people too Andy & Mandy”

“We had an absolutely wonderful morning this weekend on the Thai cooking course with Jirapan. The course was really well organised but we felt relaxed and welcome. It was wonderful to cook and taste the dishes as well as learn about the ingredients and thai culture. The Thai feast we had at home was delicious. Food hygiene and cleanliness were excellent. Jirapan was a wonderful host. I cannot recommend this cooking course highly enough. Thank you!”

“Paya Thai Cooking School was a fantastic culinary experience! This was a return visit for us….. taking friends with us this time. The afternoon was professionally organised and relaxed but informative throughout. The little ‘tips’ , stories and shared history of the food we had chosen to cook really made it a special event. Now the food thst we cooked tasted amazing…. And there was plenty of it!! We chose to take ours home to eat and had a feast that evening! I would highly recommend this company.”

“Jirapan is a wonderful chef and teacher. She is totally professional, and shares her time equally between all the guests. She clearly knows everything there is to know about Thai cooking and all the ingredients involved. Her delivery style is calm and full of good humour. The three dishes, green Thai curry ( chicken), Pad Thai noodles and Papaya salad complimented each other beautifully. Fantastic flavours. I’d definitely go back for another course!”

“Has the most amazing cooking experience with Jirapan. What a knowledgable friendly chef. Explained about how Thai food had to have certain elements to give it its amazing taste, and now understand more of the cuisine. Would highly recommend. 😊”

“I really enjoyed my cooking class with Jirapan. She has an excellent knowledge of Thai cooking, the techniques and about the various ingredients we used. She is able to demonstrate and explain this clearly in a friendly and relaxed environment. I would definitely highly recommend taking a class if you want to learn to make Thai food really well.”

“Jirapan was a great teacher - not only does she teach you the scheduled dishes, but also about the ingredients, knife/prep skills & the cuisine in general! You get very comprehensive recipes to take home with you, including instructions on where you can buy some of the more exotic ingredients which is super helpful. I really enjoyed the class & can confirm what we made was delicious - would highly recommend to anyone wanting to learn some Thai cooking skills!”

“This session was a birthday present from my daughter - something we could do together that we both enjoy. The whole experience was wonderful: great menu, spotless environment, friendly approach, professional presentation, superb organisation and timing, all went toward providing practical tuition and guidance which resulted in each and every one of us producing deliciously-prepared food that teased the senses and made one's mouth water in anticipation of a great feast. I shall never, again, buy curry paste when the real McCoy is so easy to prepare and the result is so full of amazing flavour. Highly recommended. We will be returning to Paya Thai Cooking before too long. Thank you, again, Jirapan, for making it such a fun-filled and gorgeous experience. Jenny's Mum.”

“My mum and I had the pleasure of learning and cooking some amazing Thai food with Jirapan at her beautiful home. She's a brilliant, super competent and friendly person (as were the whole group). We learned many new tricks, smelled and tasted some amazing ingredients and the day couldn't have been better. My partner and family were super impressed when we got back and so we'll definitely be back one day. Thank you so much Jirapan for a lovely day.”
