“Delivery as requested, received paving crated, although there were a couple of breakages within the packaging these were dealt with without a problem and new ones supplied as soon as they were available, in all a good experience.”

“These slabs are excellent quality and look fabulous. They were a competitive price too. I called before ordering as I had a few question and was given great customer service. They arrived quickly on the date given. I will be using this company again and highly recommend them.”

“Excellent First class service throughout. I purchased a Patio Pack of Limestone Abbey Paving (15.25m) from this company based on there positive reviews from other customers, and there service didn't disappoint. Prices are very competitive and a vast range of products are available. The live chat is very useful when deciding on what you require for your project. You are kept up to date by email regarding status of your purchase, and also received a phone call to arrange a convenient delivery date. Delivery driver was very helpful by taking the Patio Pack to where it was needed so no need to move by hand. All in all very satisfied with Paving Superstores service and would definitely recommend to anyone.”

“Pea gravel arrived in reasonable time but I wasn't told which day it was coming & wasn't telephoned by driver prior to delivery. Quantity was as ordered but when I got to bottom of bulk bag it was obvious it was from the bottom of a pile, having quite a lot of very small gravel & sand at the bottom! It was not all washed & clean Pea gravel! It was for underneath decking, so won't be seen but hopefully it won't encourage weeds in the sandy part.”

“After attempting to acquire a 5 litre container of Pavetuf Invisible Sealant from my local Natural Paving Products supplier without any success Natural Paving Products (UK) Ltd directed me to their Paving Superstore where I could order the product on-line with delivery within a matter of days. The product is excellent, easy to apply and does exactly what it is supposed to do, seal & protect the surface of the paving without being visible to the eye. Well done Paving Superstore!!”

“After having an order of sandstone setts cancelled by a competitor due to pallet being overweight and so non delivery, bought same from Paving Superstore with no problem and delivery was no problem! Very helpful. Recommended.”

“I found Paving Superstore to be efficient, friendly and first class in customer care. I wanted a particular paving circle with delivery to tie in with other work I was having done at the time. All at short notice, having been badly let down. This was no problem for this company, who shipped the stone circle out to me in time. I would recommend (and have done already) them to anyone and the ladies on the telephones are brilliant! Will definitely use them again.”

“BAD!!! I paid £1425 13 weeks ago for a shed and was told it would be 6 -8 weeks! They do not get back to me when I enquire about it - they say there is nothing to tell. I have today asked for my money back and they say no because it is a bespoke item. Their attitude and service is very poor. I await their answer today”

“When one of the major suppliers let me down "because the only stock they had was in Scotland" and they would not send it to Worcester, I searched on line via Google. The Paving Superstore had what I wanted and I ordered on line. Paving Superstore then contacted me via telephone to say that the manufacturers of the product required a minimum order size and my order was slightly less than this. I adjusted my order accordingly (it was not a big difference) and the order was subsequently delivered on schedule. Paving Superstore was extremely helpful in all aspects of the order fulfilment.”
