“Best choice of products, reasonable price including delivery. After order didn't hear anything for a couple of weeks then delivery company contacted us and they were extremely helpful, accommodating and the delivery driver was exceptionally professional and helpful! Real stone compass circle installed by professionals - everyone who has seen it would like one !!”

“Quick delivery compared to other suppliers and quite easy to contact on the phone. I ordered a circular patio and my only criticism is that it would have been nice to have one or two extra stones in order to cover breakage. I ended up having to go and find a couple of Indian Sandstone paving stones myself to make up for the damaged ones.”

“This is a good site and a reliable store. They answer the phone, a big bonus, and deliver what they said they would when they said they would. What a pleasure. Very little hassle. Only reservation is the very low cost delivery method leaving one driver with inadequate equipment to deliver heavy loads. This is find if you have tarmac onto which it can be delivered but otherwise it is a borderline nightmare.”

“There were a few problems with the delivery company but matters were resolved quickly by the customer service department. A few slabs were damaged but were replaced quickly without any quibble. All-in-all I was very pleased with the service and value for money product that I received from the Paving Superstore.”

“It was so easy! I ordered online, the website was very clear...The products were much more reasonable than on other sites and yet when it arrived the quality was not compromised. Delivery was swift and the driver could not do more to help. My landscaper commented on the quality of the product and the lack of broken or unusable slabs. Every step of the way was superb and I'd defintely use Paving Superstore for my next garden project.”

“Seen these guys on the web , rang em up and asked about a circle kit.Very impressed , ordered it over the phone and couple of days later phoned again and ordered one more.I think they are very reasonably priced.Delivery was very fast and I was updated by phone every step of the way on how my order was going . On the day of delivery phoned me again and turned up outside my house bang on time. Great stuff would deff recommend and buy again if needed.”

“If you want the widest choice of stone, a good price, efficient service and prompt delivery, look no further than paving superstore. Sheree in particular in customer services is excellent - I don't know how much she is paid, but she deserves a bonus!! Only real problem is delivery - in my case, 2,500 kg of sandstone arrived in an ordinary delivery lorry - all that the driver had to offload the load was a small hand pump truck. Even with two of us, he pulling and me pushing it was a huge struggle to offload the stone. if I hadn't been able to help, he would have had to return to the depot. This needs to be sorted!”

“We ordered at short notice and the lady at the call centre couldn't have been more helpful. On arrival the elderly delivery driver had difficulty moving the pallet from the back of the lorry, this should have sent alarm bells ringing!! Although we have a dropped kerb and was told this was ideal for delivery the driver was unable to pull/push the pallet and after several attempts he found it had slipped off the trolley and was stuck. My husband and I tried to help him but by then it was too late. The angle of the pallet was such that we couldn't move it. The driver simply said, "I will just have to leave it then" and went! unfortunately as the pallet was half on pavement and half on drive we then had to move the slabs by hand...just as it started to rain. However.....I think we were just unfortunate with him...the slabs are wonderful and the builder who layed them said he was impressed with the quality. Would definitely order again for such a good price/item, however, would ask for a fitter delivery driver ;-)”
