“Incredibly fast delivery and really nice stones. Unfortunately so quick they had been dispatched before I began to have second thoughts on the colour. They are nothing like the photo on the website (looked much darker online and had been photographed in the rain) Even though they had only got as far as the local depot I was told they would cost £600 to send back. To be fair I had read all T&C online so I canÕt complain but for once they were too efficient. Also despite informing when ordering that an 18 tonne lorry would not get down our lane they sent a 16 tonne lorry instead (not a 7 tonne lorry as It says!) Pretty good though.”

“AVOID this company!! Having placed an order for a children’s playhouse I was advised that the delivery would be 14 days... that’s fine however no communication to advise this had been changed to 3 weeks. When I called to find out when I would be receiving my order I was then told they didn’t know and they were waiting for an update from the manufacturer. How they can advertise something in stock if it isn’t? False advertising. The customer service representative who answered the phone certainly needs re-training her attitude was absolutely ridiculous, speaking over me, incredibly rude!”

“Ordered 28 m_ of castle grey sandstone, it was delivered in 3 days even though they warned me that there could be delays. Due to the size and weight of the pallets delivery was a bit tricky but the driver managed in the end, once I've unpacked the slabs I was very pleased to find only one of them was damaged (out of 150+ slabs) The slabs are very nice and rustic looking and the colour is quite even.”

“Great service. Managed so easily. Online order delivered one week later. The delivery driver even placed the order exactly where we needed them stored. I would definitely recommend the company. “Great service. I saw a review where they had been waiting weeks and no communication. I purchased my slabs on a thursday morning, Friday afternoon they rang me to ask if it was okay to deliver Monday. The driver rang me on the day to give me a closer ETA and he was professional. The products arrived undamaged and the driver was very helpful. The actual slabs look great, and they were a better value then any other builders merchants. If I ever need any more I would definitely go here, great job.”

“Half on the road and half on the public foot path (causing obstructions for pedestrians and anyone driving on the road!) when the delivery instructions said to leave the pallet on the driveway which was clear and you can see that from the image that the delivery driver took himself! I’m absolutely appalled at the delivery and the state the slabs came in and did not expect such crappy service from a professional company.”

“Very helpful when ordering, needed to split a pack on the ones we wanted, however they recommended a different pack which were very close in colour and worked out cheaper for us. When delivery came which the service was brilliant, we were contacted on 2 occasions about the delivery and the driver was great who dropped them off really professional. No damages on any slabs. Would highly recommend.”

“first time buying slaps online and people said ..oh you shouldn't of done that as never look like they do in the photos .. WELL they were wrong , i am absolutely over the moon with my patio it looks just like the photos online. am so pleased with the quality and the price was fab too .was quick delivery and i was kept upto date with delivery would definitely recommend to anyone looking __”
