“Do not shop here. Missed deliveries, incorrect stock on numerous occasions. Extra stress and cost incurred to us. Cowboys out to make a quick buck!”

“Deeply disturbed that this company is allowed to operate at all given the terrible service we received. They accept no responsibility for their actions (as you can see by their inane responses to negative reviews on here) and will come up with every excuse under the sun for not providing a satisfactory service. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They do not prescribe to an alternative dispute resolution scheme (ADR), which is outrageous and provides no protection for the customer if you’re unsatisfied. Dealing with this company caused stress, upset and additional cost to us – for which there was no offer of compensation. We have had to go via the Citizen’s Advice and thankfully, this company has now been reported to Trading Standards, giving them “vital intelligence about how the trader operates their business”. AVOID! It's all in the Ts&Cs from their own website (seen too late by us) as of 23/11/18: "we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose."”

“I ordered 2 and a half pallets of sandstone paving for my patio. I paid a bit extra to set the delivery date. The paving arrived on the day and there were no breakages. There was just one delivery man and I needed to help him unload. The pallets are very heavy and it is a 2 person job to unload. The Lakeland sandstone paving looks very good, much better than concrete flags and I have started to install it. I am happy I bought them from this company and I would buy from them again.”

“IÕm giving 5 Stars for my experience so as my order isnÕt due for delivery for another couple of days. Website content / ordering and communication great , I also ordered samples to which all turned up as requested for FREE . LetÕs hope delivery is 5 Stars too ...........”

“Paving Superstore appeared to be badly let down by an independent delivery company, leaving me waiting in for 4 days, after numerous phone calls and successive promises of delivery. Not, apparently, the fault of Paving Superstore, but costly and inconvenient for me. Some promised recompense never materialised. A good website, good prices and a good product, when delivered.”

“Website navigation easy. Pricing very competitive if not lower. Delivery company contacted me as stated - no random arrival of goods. Hopefully will arrive tomorrow in good condition and as ordered. So far no complaints.”

“Paving ordered not available. Why still listed on Website? Very happy with the Paving suggested and Converstion on the phone. Also it was great that the Paving could be delivered the next day on a Saturday. Thank you.”

“Very accommodating, easy to order over the phone and advised what needed. Delayed delivery of my order for me and when some paving stones arrived damaged sorted out quickly and replacement stones sent out. Highly recommend”

“delivered very promptly. the paving stones were even better than we anticipated. had two cracked tiles, it was so easy to deal with Paving Superstore to get these replaced (they also offered a refund) which were delivered in a matter of days. I would certainly use them again. We had the VITRIPIAZZA ANNO BISCOTTO tiles. also the PavTuff, which was very easy to use.”

“Fair price, reasonable and timely delivery. Couple paving stones were marked/dinged but given all they'd travelled I wasn't worried. Certainly less than 5%. Delighted with purchase. Look better in real life than on line.”
