“The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is delivery-related. With GPS tracking, most companies can give a delivery time to within an hour or less. The time I was given (at 8am) was "approx. 5pm" and it arrived at 11am. Fortunately I had assumed the very late, approximate, time was to cover themselves, and had stayed in anyway! That apart, I could not be more pleased with my paving, the speed and ease of ordering, choice of delivery date, and the speed, helpfulness and efficiency of the customer services team when I had a query. I'd recommend them to anyone!”

“Great quality and service. I had a really extended delivery as the paving I wanted was out of stock at the supplier and sitting on a wharf in India, but I was kept completely informed throughout, given alternatives and then a very efficient delivery once it arrived. Fab products”

“Paving Superstore has a vast selection of stones. I selected the Quad Basket. Unfortunately they did not have all the stones but hoped to refill in a couple of weeks. Customer service telephoned me to let me know. She will contact me again Tom see if any of the order may be substituted but in any event she will keep me updated. I am very impressed with the customer service but cannot speak to any other part of the company yet. I will update this review when I take delivery of my stones.”

“The order arrived exactly as described, and is a very good product (slate crazy paving) so would have been 5 stars except that I was not contacted to advise of delivery date. I rang to check (once it was past the original delivery window) and very helpful paving superstore staff checked with the supplier (the paving was delivered direct) and rang back to say it was loaded on a lorry and had left, so would be arriving same day or next, but I should expect a call to make sure someone would be in. The call didn't come, though the paving did. Delivery driver very unconcerned, simply saying if no-one was in he would have called back at another time (at paving superstore's expense!)”

“I needed paving slabs to create a new path through my garden. I researched options through a range of sites (manufacturers and resellers) and found Paving Superstore particularly good for both clear pricing and product descriptions. The order process was smooth, pricing was competitive and I was able to specify a particular delivery day for only £2 extra.”

“Every good with order but the pallet with the pavers on was not the correct size for the pallet truck and made it very hard for the driver to get of”

“Great service. I needed some stone slabs urgently because a contractor had let me down badly, and the pavers were waiting on the materials. I was able to take advantage of next day delivery. The stone arrived exactly on time. Thanks!”

“A little concerned when first arrived due to state of pallets, but once moved and a little pressure washing and really really pleased with my purchase would definitely recommend and will use company again, only one broken tile out of 380, amazing thank you very much, looking forward to getting patio laid but that's a while off yet”
