“Really good product and service. Not fast, but that's due to an extended manufacturing leadtime during the pandemic. One item was left off the delivery by the manufacturer, but Paving Superstore were proactive in getting this resolved. Good communication.”

“Good company to deal with. My only negative was that we received our delivery with 3 broken slabs, not a big issue in itself but the company donÕt sell small batches, only pallets. This meant I had to slightly re-design the layout and a planned enhancement was scrapped. They offered to refund the cost of the slabs on a further purchase, but I would have been left with the bulk of the pallet as excess. The cost of the slabs was refunded with no hassle.”

“I was a little apprehensive to order the stones due to the negative reviews on Google, but thepavingsuperstore were one of the few suppliers that stocked the stones I really wanted so it was worth the risk. Anyway, I need not have worried! I ordered the stones two weeks earlier than required due to anticipated delays as a result of COVID-19, but didn't actually need to as they were scheduled for delivery 2 days after the order was placed! We actually changed part of the order (to different sized paving), and even this was no trouble for the Pavingsuperstore. The delivery driver was really friendly and Amy (I think!) was the name of the lady I spoke with over the phone on three occasions: to check the delivery date of the order, make the change to the order, to check on when the updated order would arrive was really helpful. You are placed in a queue which can be long depending on when you call, but given the circumstances and the fact that it tells you which place you are in in the queue to manage your expectations and whether you wish to wait makes calling really easy! - one call I was immediately placed second in the queue. So far I can't fault the experience that I have had, I just wish that people didn't only post the negative reviews on Google but also took the time to post the good. I've not yet opened / laid the stones, but the way they are packaged looks robust.”
