“Easy to use, but when I clicked to outline the plan it outlined only the house, which was not acceptable to Planning. Probably I should have clicked elsewhere on the plot, it would have helped if this was made clear.”

“Expensive for what they are, but a necessary evil to ensure to the right scale etc for planning applications. Would be useful if there was a way to add lines and shapes to map with measurements based on current scale (as would allow proposed developments to be marked)”

“Easy to get hold of a plan, but difficult marking up my site boundary. Does not appear to be a way of altering the boundary I have drawn. Should have left it blank and drawn it on afterwards.”

“Have had the initial submission sent back as invalid because the boundaries for our property on the plan are incorrect. Have ended up having to print in black and white and adding the boundary by hand”

Thanks for your review. It is actually impossible for the system to set the boundaries on it's own without the customer drawing them. In cases where customer error has led to incorrect boundaries being set we are happy to refund 70% of the charge so that the correct version can be ordered.

“Quick service, accurate. However ... ridiculously expensive for a sheet of A4 paper. I bought an OS Explorer map for a similar price.”

Thanks for your review. If you investigate further you will find the OS charge far more for this level of detailed mapping than OS Explorer. We are in fact one of the cheapest suppliers of this kind of mapping.

“Initially, I had some minor issues in login, but when I spoke to live chat, it was sorted with a new password, and thereafter it was very easy to select and buy the plan. thank you”
