“The scale of the site plan and location plans written in the footings are not in synch with the scale motif/sticker on the drawing. Both plans have been rejected by the planning validation team of the Council. They cost me over £70,. Very disappointed.”

“Website & instructions easy to follow and the cost for each plan requested was clear. I would have liked to have been able to refine part of the plan a bit more, but it is easy to see where the boundaries are”

“Very easy process but why, when you select a specific address, doesn't it show which one it is in the 1:1250 plan? The local authority initially refused what I'd sent.”

“Simple, easy to use service. However, one slight issue I had was that I seemed unable to get a plan for our house which included all of the garden, even though the garden is not that large. The problem this presented is that I need to show plans to the local council which includes an outhouse building at the end of our garden which cannot be shown on a plan with the main house in the same image.”

“I am not used to buying plans and on the few occasions I need to, I find it a challenge. On this occasion, I inadvertently purchased two sets of plans and advised Customer Support who were brilliant, replying immediately and refunding the cost of the second unwanted set less the OS royalties, which which I was completely ok about.”

“Im not happy as you locked me out of your site for spending too much time looking for my plan. This is even though I buy probably 3 sets of plans from you per month. I am still waiting to be let back in and in the mean time this costs me time and money. terrible customer care”

“A very simple system to find the map I required for Planning permission. A more efficient method of obtaining the right scale would be useful.”

“I bought the maps for a lease registration. I would have preferred thems to have been plain rather than in colour. I also found that the snap on tool didn't work automatically for my plot and I had ot manually draw this. The lack of a zoom tool made this slightly tricky to do.”

“This product has been very useful to me as I regularly submitt Building and planning applications to various local Authorities' Please can I make a couple ofcomments I have found the self draw tool for highlighting boundaries of ownership on location plans is clumsey to use. The line is very wide compared to the lines on the OS plans so it is difficult to be sure you have drawn over the boundary line accurately. Also could there be an option to review the plan when the boundaries have been drawn prior to agreeing to purchase kind regards Stephen”
