“Could be good if once purchase a plan I could back to change lines on. Instead pay for another plan”

“Fulfilling planning validation requirements these days is increasingly difficult and anything that makes the collation of information easier is welcome. 'Buy a Plan' make the process of identifying your site and preparing a suitable red-lined drawing at an appropriate scale easy, delivering a clear and concise receipt to pass on to the Client for payment. I'll continue to use 'Buy a Plan' for all planning applications in the future.”

“It's a very competent service and for technical people, I'm sure, would be very easy indeed to use. However, It would be much appreciated by your older (and very 90 yr old customers) if it could be possible to make the marking of coloured lines on the chosen plan a bit easier. I'm afraid I got mine in quite a state, but one needed an 'erase and start again' button, and a very steady mouse-hand, to do the job properly. However, a good system, and thankyou.”

“The plan was very helpful and saved me drawing more plans to scale when I had already drawn around ten or twelve in the space of a month or so. Although the planning department did not accept your plan in it`s entirety it certainly did help me to draw the plan they did require so I would definitely buy again from you. Thank you.”

“Simple to use, and download plans in pdf and DWG. However, you are limited as to the area you want to pick. Furthermore, the price you pay is more expensive then other sites who provide a better service.”

“I was rather surprised to see that a 1:2500 plan could only be provided in A3 format (unless I have misinterpreted this and that the prices for that scale of plan were (considerably) more expensive than A4 format. I have tried to raise this matter with the company before, but gave up when I realised I had been sent a 'no-reply' format email. Can you explain why a smaller scale plan is more expensive.
