“I needed to shade three arears on a plan a red area for the main property a blue area for the dustbin area and common arears and a green area for the garden. Unfortunately you only offered blue and red. Will be very helpful if had a green in addition to red and blue.”

“I used to order my block plans through the local planning department, but this is a much easier process, with user friendly annotation of boundary marking up, and instant download, all produced in pdf format that can then be submitted electronically to the planning dept.”

Hello Paul, sorry to hear that. Looking back at the conversation our support team had with you, you mistakenly saved the block plan on to the location plan so you felt you had 2 x block plans. We resent you the location plan on March 17th and did not hear back so assumed all was well. So in summary you successfully received a block and location plan as ordered. Hope this helps.
