“I bought a Location plan 1:2500 scale, the capture rectangle would not encompass the whole site consequently a corner of the boundary was cropped off leading to disqualification of the plan by the Local Authority. There is no phone number on the website to talk to anyone so I gave up on Buyaplan and ordered from UK mapping centre, no problems encountered the plan with its full boundaries was readily accepted I consider the £90 odd pounds paid to Buyaplan a complete waste of money and advise any one to consider other suppliers unless your site is small domestic and simple, I will not use again”

“This was brilliant, very fast and easy to use. It saved our probate sale of an unregistered property (despite having the deeds!) from a serious delay and potentially hundreds of pounds to commission a company to measure and define the boundary. I noted that buyaplan is a partner of the Land Registry and so was acceptable. Highly recommend this simple, fast, immediate service when appropriate. Thank you.”

“The plan was acceptable for the planning authority although a little more pricey thanbuyng direct from Ordanance survey. Also kt would be helpful if the plans used the standard planing nomenclature .. BLOCK PLAN is n missing from the description. A little more narrative on the use of each plan would be helpful (eg location plan and site plan appear to be the same plan!)”
