“with one plan purchased recently I had a problem when the Local Authority initially declined a plan as the way a red line was populated on a drawing ith showed the house separately in red which they said was wrong.After some argument they eventually allowed it but a time wasting period.”

“BuyaPlan is really easy, quick and cheap and so I use it for the Location Plan and Block Plan that are needed to submit planning applications for my planning consultancy. I would prefer it though if you could get the plan on a larger page to more accurately draw the red line around the site and it would be good if there was an easy way to order different scales once the red line is drawn - you only have one chance to order a different scale for the discount so if you miss it you have to start all over again. So a few tweaks to the ordering process and I would give it 5 stars.”

“Needed a boundary plan for the Land Registry to the scale given by Buy a plan. Had a bit of fuss trying to outline the property but eventually did enough to submit it and not have to get an architect to draw a new plan.”

“I found the system easy to use. It was clearly signposted, etc and was quick to use, which was important as I was in a hurry. Good selection of options with clear descriptions and the ability to see what I was ordering before I paid. A really good service which I would recommend.”
