“The plan meets all the requirements for a planning application and does show up to date detail. Not great print quality though and you will have to outline in red you own property.”

“I cannot fault the service, however I was I disappointed because I was expecting that it would be more realistic rather just a box drawing. if it was not to conform to the requirement, I would not buy it again”

“The 1:200m plan is very good and covers a larger area than others I have tried. The 1:1250m plan would be better if it were larger, that is - if it covered more area on an A4 page. It has a margin of about 2 inches (5 cm on either side) of the actual map.”

“The company gives an option as to which format the plans are in - the Drawing format is unacceptable to any planning authority and un-openable to the customer. Getting the drawings in an acceptable format has not been possible though the company has said its 'engineers' are looking into it. I have paid the fee and there is no way to contact the company except by email to which replies are just unsatisfactory. I am still waiting for a resolution after a month. Why an unusable format should be offered without due warning? It is a user unfriendly service. So watch which buttons you push. So I am still complaining… I have not found a phone number to contact or live chat.”

“The map is out of focus and although I clicked the link directly from the east Suffolk online planning permission application form it was nothing short of a complete nightmare to get whatever I ended up actually getting. They specified what they wanted and I even paid a tenner for it! Only to be told by that useless lot it won’t be accepted so thanks for wasting my time and money”

Sorry to hear that. We had no contact from you so couldn't help you. The plans are 100% compliant so long as you mark the property correctly, which of course we cannot have control over.

“Buy a Plan was one of the suggested map suppliers provided by my local council. I was preparing a planning proposal for tree work and realised that my own sketch would not be sufficiently detailed or scaled to meet the council requirements. Very easy map service to use.”

“Hello, your service was quick and provided the plan I needed. It was up to date and had the clients' details. Most important, however, was that the clients liked it. They are patent lawyers in Britain and abroad. Remember them if you ever have copyright problems.”

“Not being able to speak to someone if you have a problem is not helpful. I ended up having to buy another plan elsewhere which cost me double the amount. Had I been able to speak to someone this would have been avoided. Even an online chat would have helped.”
