“Very quick very easy”

“Service was quick and efficient, got the plan download instantly. One criticism is the square ratio of plan provided. It would work better in the landscape document if it the A3 plan selected was actually an A3 dimensions viewport. Perhaps it was a tick box I missed to achieve this. Seems quite a lot of money to pay for a plan that’s not exactly what I wanted. Thanks”

“The cost is quite high for the product. The website is straightforward, but the link I was sent to unlock my plan did not work initially. I wrote explaining the problem, and received a response the next day, by which time the fault had corrected itself (or had been corrected). So the plan printed well the next day. I'm not sure where the problem occurred but if it happens to you, just wait a few hours and it might correct itself.”

“good service, good interface, quick download. the only improvement woudl be if a minor tweak in boundary was allowed , say for 48 hours, because you have to be sure you are spot on”

“Initially the property was not shown on the plan as the plan printed with a wide margin down the left side. Eventually I managed to print it but the size of the plan left a wide margin at the bottom. I am still awaiting word from the planners,”

Hello and thanks for the enquiry. The plan should cover an entire sheet of A4 if printed at 100% size. The map portion however is only a portion of this otherwise the scale would not be correct. “A good and easy to use website. The only thing missing was the scale of the plan. The measurements were there but it would be helpful to have 1:500 or 1:1250 shown.”
