“Quick easy and efficient. I have occasionally encountered problems with sites where due to the shape and/or postcode/numbering arrangements the GIS cuts off a small section on the desired scale with 2HA function. However no issues to complain about.”

“I was using UK Plans website first but found it much harder to navigate around than yours- I decided to look at your site and managed to get my plan with ease and so will recomend this site over UK Plans one and will use you going forward also.”

“I bought a plan of my property, which is not large. Unfortunately the plan I received did not cover the whole property & the company refused to send a complete one. This was for my first planning application, so I am not experienced in planning matters. I am not expecting to plan anything else, but if I were I most certainly would not use Buy A Plan again”

We understand that receiving a plan that didn't cover your entire property can be frustrating, however as explained the website is automatic and can only produce what you've added to your basket and previewed. Each plan has different royalties and we cannot send a larger plan from the one that you ordered. “Initial service was excellent and simple, i.e. easy to locate and ease to order. However, the property I needed was incorrectly sized (by several meters). I was also hoping for the plan to be emailed directly to me as opposed to needing to download it. This is because I ordered it via my work laptop, and the download software was blocked.”

“Simple software to use however the results when printing where not what I expected. I had marked one large area in red and a part of the area in blue unfortunately the red lines were not visible and I had to make corrections with a pen. Also the scale on the plan was very small image to the size of the plan.”

Dear Raymonde thank you for the review and feedback. The plan should cover an entire sheet of A4 if printed at 100% size. The map portion however is only a portion of this otherwise the scale would not be correct. We also need to display copyright information, location and licence details.
