“This feedback was provided at the time I had to seek technical advice because I unwittingly hit the maximum amount of map previews. Tech Support got back to me and resolved the query very quickly. Nature of problem was a follows: I went to download a map, but each time I tried to do the complicated red line I had to hit Esc and start again, whereas, all I wanted to do was go back one/two red dots. I didn't want to start the whole exercise again. Each time I hit Esc one of my 'lives' was lost!”

“I found the site very easy to follow to obtain the map that I wanted. I had to contact the office as I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong size. I got the right size and also got a 70% refund on the cost of the map that I had ordered in error. Very satisfied with "Buy a Plan".”
