“Your system works well, but the information from OS is wildly out of date. On the last download I had to revise the outline of three properties in close proximity to the site where they had been extended. It's ironic that Local authorities insist on using this method but they hold all the information for keeping maps updated. Thank goodness for google earth.”

Thanks for the response Fred. You may have been unlucky as for most areas it's up to date and even Google Earth's aerial photography is out of date in some locations unfortunately. We appreciate the response.

“Very easy to find exactly the plans I wanted. Printing and payment again very simple. My only complaint was the block plan did not fit completely on an A4 sheet but this cannot be done any other way if you need a drawing at that scale. Sent it to the Planners and they were happy.”

“You should be clearer about when a customer needs to buy if he has looked and not bought a few times. I tend to only need to look at a plot and often do not need to buy. But am quite happy to pay to be able to look.”

“Nice easy to navigate website. Once your account is set up you can download your plan within a few seconds. Also there is no charge to view the plan before you buy it. I buy 2 or 3 plans a week, best value site for me having tried them all.”

“One problem I had was with the manual outline tool, it seemed ok onscreen but when printed the outline didn't match up with the boundaries and there was no way to go back and correct it . Perhaps some facility to edit could be provided I would welcome your comments. Regards Gary Edwards”
