“Running a architectural practice in a rural area and dealing with numerous farmers amoungst other clients I can honestly say that I would not know what to do without your Buy a Plan service, as when you ask clients if they have a site plan of their property/area it is either with their solicitors which takes ages to obtain and very often out of date, or the farmers come up with some MIn of Ag plan of their land that is not even to a scale ! It is instant response on your site once I have the Post code which allows me provide a efficient service to my clients and to the planning departments. So a very big thank you for your excellent service.”

“Rubbish really, all you buy is a copy of the site plan that's already on your deeds and then you cant delineate the boundary properly, in my case the house and garden were seperate boxes. The plan was rejected by the council and I had to use image editing software to make it comply.”

“I order A3 and the printout was messy. It doesn't have the cardinal points or scale as required by planning. It stated a different cost compared to what I ended up paying”

Hello Susanna, thanks for the feedback however all plans in pdf have a scale bar below the plan and a cardinal point (north point) top left. Hope this helps.

“I actually had to buy two plans because the first one went wrong despite checking it. I emailed through querying but it wasn’t sorted. Very disappointed with response More like tough you made a mistake . On that day there was an offer for two plans so a refund would have been nice . It was difficult to see final plan look when going through to order and new to process. The second plan was fine .( but again couldn’t check it before ordering).”

Sorry that you had a bad experience. The plans are the standard used for planning and by all other planning map suppliers. We can refund if the plan was rejected however that is very rare.

“Once you know what you’re doing the site is fine but I ran into trouble with it not being the right size. The council rejected the plan for that reason. I tried the chat line but to be frank, I knew more than theY did and eventually worked it out myself. So not really impressed with the support. However, I managed to get a refund for getting the wrong plans and I thought the service was excellent. So I do trust the company.”
