“Thank you for the 2 plans. Am very pleased with what you have supplied. When printing your 1 to 500 plan, the scale ended up as 1 to 526 according to the scale bar in the bottom LH corner of the plan. The 1 to 1250 plan ended up as 1 to 1315.”

“I find using your site a bit different to use when buying location and block plans together. Other sites allow them to be bought as a package”

Thank you for your feedback. You can buy them together with a 10% discount. After adding one item to your basket you can select the button that mentions adding the same plan in your basket with the discount.

“Absolutely dreadful service - what a rip-off. I had to pay £20 for a thumbnail map of my own garden to send to a planner (who let's face it - already has a copy of the map) just so that they would have a pre-application meeting - and the boundaries on the map are wrong! Complete farce. But now the planner has their inaccurate map they have agreed to have a meeting with us. Enjoy spending my £20.”

“I needed an official plan to make enquiries with my local planning authority and considered that my attempt at sketching the details would not be accepted. The plan supplied by Buy a Plan was ideal, and my planning enquiry was accepted with no complications.”

“Not impressed. I clicked on to red lines which when I paid for and downloaded the plan, no red lines were there. I contacted you twice, maybe three times for assistance. I'm still waiting. Won't be using your organisation again or recommending you!”

Dear customer, we have responded to both of your messages (emails) on the same day. The first one was on the 9th of June and the second one on the 14th of June. “i tend to use other providers for OS mapping as Buyaplan does not seem to offer a black and white print option, and the ground coverage area is a bit mean, so context is a bit lacking.”
