“Very annoying. I did not need a plan. LPA insisted I purchased one. I was unable to add the road name essential for the planning application so it was technically invalid. I advised the lpa accordingly.”

“Basically, the map was way out of date. It stills shows the property as it was before 2008. To be fair, all 3 of the map suppliers had this problem so its probably OS that is to blame.”

“The site is excellent and allows the novice to quickly and easily produce an appropriate plan which is acceptable to the relevant planning authorities. Frankly without this I would have had no clue what the local council wanted in relation to a simple application for a 'dropped kerb'. (Goodness knows what good the plan will do them for such an application, bur systems are system!) Buy A Plan at least made the process simple and he various scale documents easy to produce.”
