“Easy to use but when printing out the plan, the map comes out rather small. Would have preferred an A4 size print rather than half A4.”

Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. The plan should cover an entire sheet of A4 if printed at 100% size. The map portion however is only a portion of this otherwise the scale would not be correct. We also need to display copyright information, location and licence details.

“I bought a plan and wanted the red outline of my property but this did not appear when uploaded depsite asking for that so I had to outline it in pen and save and copy it which was time consuming. The only way of obtaining this was to buy another which I was not prepared to do so disppointed with the service and not clear instructions for this.”

“Good site and easy to use. But the boundary marker tool is not very good. The line is very thin, and sometimes the line on the final plan is not quite where I place it using the tool. So I often print the plan myself and add my own red line. I use the site with some reluctance, as a 1:500 block plan often adds nothing at all to the substance of an application (e.g. where replacement windows in a listed building are proposed, and nothing else) and is just a bureaucratic pointless expense. But that's not your fault...”

“We have given a 4 out of 5 as although the service does what we need, it could be more adaptable and user friendly. I would like to be able to print the area I need rather than a set area which is sometimes too small or too large for my needs, for example: requirement to show nearest A road. I also find it a touch expensive as a regular user, a members or loyalty rate would be appreciated.”

“with one plan purchased recently I had a problem when the Local Authority initially declined a plan as the way a red line was populated on a drawing ith showed the house separately in red which they said was wrong.After some argument they eventually allowed it but a time wasting period.”
