“I needed a pla to show my local council the boundry lines , due to having an extension on property. So after contacting ( Buy A Plan I chose what I wanted ) paid for it then forwarded it to the council . I waited for response from them and they were happy and told me to continue with the project, so very happy and glad I used them”

“Purchased a plan which was rejected by my planning authority as the scale did not match and the image supplied was poor. Waste of money & would not use or recommend - had to purchase another from another company which end up cheaper and far better & clearer. Disappointing.”

“My plan is not valid for planning as the road name is missing. There is no email address in order to ask for a refund When I phoned the office number no one was available to make the amendment or process a refund.”

Dear customer, we're sorry to hear you're not happy with your plan. We do offer chat, phone and email support through our website. Regarding the plan the website can only provide what's on the preview. In some areas it may not be possible to fit on two street names due to the way the Ordnance Survey mapping has been created. This is particularly common in rural areas. Our plans (PDF version only) also show an OS grid reference (an easting and northing) which will help locate the planning office into the exact location thereby negating the need for street names. “Plans are great but i think there should be deal/offers for people that buy in bulk within a monthly/yearly period. The more you buy the more you get off, or even something like buy 10 get 1 free. Apart from that great plans, thank you”

“This was probably just an anomoly, but I coud not get access to the location I wanted. You can drag the maps over a bit on each post code setting, but my site was still outside the area covered....very annoying!”

“I needed local Ordnance Survey plans for a Planning Permission application and expected to go shopping for OS maps but our local Council Officers suggested your site. Found the required maps, downloaded .pdf files and printed them out all in under 10 minutes. Great site and reasonable costs, very pleased.”

“I design and build gardens. For unusually shaped gardens, l often down load the plans to check measurements and angles of the boundary, which are tricky to confirm on site. Great service.”

“Had to obtain a site plan to accompany a planning application at short notice - the web site gave me access quickly and provided everything once I had keyed in a post code - paymeny initiated electronically and hey presto there was my plan ! Was able to press on and completet my applications. Now all I have to do is wait (in hope !)”
